nut allergies, do make sure to make these with peanut - free manufactured milk chocolate bars so that your
allergy kids and friends can enjoy this
too.
I've developed a couple of
nut allergies recently so I try not to have
too much coconut often just to be safe.
but I was 1) worried about Mason meeting his nutritional needs with so many
allergies and essentially eating a
nut free paleo diet, and 2)
too skeptical of the guar gum and carrageenan in all the milk subs including hemp.
Paleo friends simply use in your fave almond (or
nut butter of choice) in place of the PB and any of you folks with
nut allergies you can easily make them
nut free — sunbutter (or your fave
nut free spread) would work perfectly here
too!
Plus this fondue is
nut free — so great if you're hosting and not
too sure of
allergies.
I also added a tbsp of cocoa powder and it tastes like a chocolate chai latte... mmm... And for for those with
nut / coconut
allergies, I mostly don't make this recipe including the
nut / coconut butter (for the most part because I never have them in my house as I have either finished them off or am
too lazy to go to the store...) and it still turns out great: P
It is
too bad that I can't make them for school or other children's events... in most places in Ontario, anything for children is
nut - free due to peanut
allergies.

too mushy and wet without the almonds but wondering what you think... could something else go in with the dates for the crust, her husband has a
nut allergy.
