I started by making the prebaked graham cracker crust omitting the pecans due to my tree
nut allergy then followed up with the custard filling.

a nut allergy then omit the ground almonds and use a little under 1/4 cup additional coconut flour.

Then about 2 years ago, after some medical complications, I developed a myriad of food
allergies (
nuts, egg, wheat, corn, soy, dairy... the list goes on).
If you have no tree
nut allergies,
then I think almond milk is a great substitute for regular dairy.
There are many reasons why soy (or wheat or
nuts or high fructose corn syrup, for that matter), can be
allergy inducing as well as elicit fear in some people or institutions: soy is mostly genetically modified now, it is in practically everything - especially processed foods, the body can be overwhelmed with all the processed junk and
then adding a constant supply of GMOs would send any sane member of our society to duck for cover.
I planned to serve it for a dinner we were having with an old friend until I remembered his
nut allergy, so I put it in the freezer and
then brought it out on Christmas morning to munch on as «pre-breakfast» while we opened gifts.

If you do not,
then obviously you can use your traditional ricotta in place of this, OR, even a cashew ricotta would work wonderfully with this recipe (but we also have a
nut allergy).

then I noticed it has tomatoes and I am allergic to tomatoes.
If breastfeeding prevented
allergies,
then my nephew wouldn't have anaphylaxis in response to
nuts.
If you have a history of
nut allergies in your family,
then there's a chance your baby is allergic too.
If we're banning
nuts because of
allergies then we should also ban for other allergens.
If you are at all worried about
nut allergies,
then consult your health visitor before you explore
nuts with your baby.
Then to add to this challenge, some schools have a «no
nuts, no peanut butter» rule in the U.S. because of food
allergies that other children may have.

Many of us are familiar with
nut allergies and sensitivities... Can you imagine eating
nuts for breakfast, more

then nuts for dessert?
Nuts are super good for you if you can tolerate them, but as part of our detox we eliminate common allergens for a period of time and
then reintroduce them to make sure we don't have any sensitivities or
allergies.
(Unless you have a serious
nut allergy,
then you need to be incredibly cautious.)

then I recommend something else that is equally crunchy.
