Pour the honey /
nut butter mixture over the cereal, add chocolate chips (if using) and stir everything together until cereal is well coated.
Place oats, nuts, remaining 1/2 cup raisins and unground flaxseeds in a bowl; stir
in nut butter mixture.
Stir
the nut butter mixture into the dry mix and add the chia seeds and coconut oil.
Stick the tin in the freezer while you make
the nut butter mixture.
Place a small ball of
the nut butter mixture, about 1 teaspoon in each cup.
Add the flour mixture to
the nut butter mixture and knead everything together with your hands to combine.
