in local health shops and some
in supermarkets x
seeds and spices but you can use it for pestos, hummus and
nut butters too which I
love — I'm not sure of the name of the specific one but I believe it's
in their range x

love chocolate sweets with
nuts in them, I think I'll add some
nut bits
in the mix before baking it

love mine with almond butter, fresh berries and a squeeze of honey but it's also delicious with toasted
nuts, banana slices and just about anything else you've got
