than the sum of its parts, meaning that the

grains work together in a way that you won't find when the
nutrients are consumed separately.
I figure if they are eating all the
nutrient rich foods we emphasize they won't have time to over-indulge in too much
grains and will be much better off
than on a SAD diet.
