the nutritional info so I can log in My Fitness Pal?
I would like to find out servings and
nutritional info so that I can calculate Weight watchers points.
Love your recipes and made several, but could you include
nutritional info so I can eat them more responsibly!

so this should be updated in the next few weeks.
I haven't made it yet because I wanted a more accurate idea of how many calories I'd be eating first but wanted to comment
so others weren't deterred from making this based on the
nutritional info alone.
As a result, the serving sizes on this dish are all out of whack,
so good luck trying to figure out
nutritional info per serving.

I actually didn't add
nutritional info for this recipe because it's a tricky on to figure out since there are
so many varying parts that depend on how much you end up using.
I am a paleo athlete
so i need to count calories, fat, carbs and protein,,, do you know what that
nutritional info is for one nan....

so good I think I'll run out to the health food store to get the gums... I only have spirulina in the house... I'll check out the
nutritional info and see how it compares.
As a rule I provide
nutritional info only for the ingredients listed in the recipe,
so in this case it does not include the rice.

Hi Leslie, Unfortunately there are MANY grey areas with the low FODMAP diet — and that is because many food ingredients have not been tested
so we rely on what
info we can find in antiquated
nutritional data bases.
Soy protein isolate should just be the protein of soy and therefore should be low in FODMAPs but when I look at the
nutritional info it lists it contains fiber
so I would have to say that I am not sure — it likely varies amongst products.

nutritional value of nearly every food in the world has been entered into their system — by consumers, by the way —
so you only need to scan a barcode and the
nutritional info appears as if by magic.
