If you've read a diet book, seen a
nutritionist or hired a personal trainer at any point during that time, you've probably been told that
in order to lose weight, you need to
eat 5 - 6 small meals per
day.
A good way economical way of determining whether your bloating is caused by a food sensitivity or intolerance is to keep a journal of the foods you
eat in a
day followed by any symptoms you experienced after
eating those foods (i.e. gassy, bloated, brain fog etc) or by doing an Elimination Diet which can be done with a Holistic
Nutritionist.

eat throughout the

To help counter this, it can be helpful to consume at least one generous serving of fermented food per
day, to
eat a whole - foods based diet abundant
in prebiotics, and to take a probiotic supplement
in consultation with a
nutritionist or medical professional.

day I'm still a
nutritionist), some holiday
eating strategies below.
The
nutritionist taught me about
eating veggies, fruits, and consuming lots of water, and that I'd never get heavier if I
ate no more calories than I was able to burn off

day.
