In addition, raw
vegan desserts tend to rely on ingredients that are much more
nutritious than those found in regular
desserts.
So all these new energy balls and
vegan, gluten free, healthy (or healthier) snacks including my Coco fudge are much better options, far more
nutritious than
desserts and less naughty, but none of them can be had in excess just because they're championed as health foods, just because they're sold at healthy cafes and just because they contain nuts and seeds and all things good.
Oh and I should probably mention that not only does our delicious,
nutritious, pretty pink,
dessert inspired smoothie taste like an absolute dream but, it also happens to be
vegan, dairy free, sugar free, keto and paleo friendly — so much to love I tell you ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
