Not exact matches
I've yet to find one that comes close to «normal»
bread but some of the almond or seeded
recipes I've tried make a very acceptable base to put mashed avocado or
nut butter on.
Other than maybe a metaphorical similarity between the time it takes a sourdough starter to develop it's flavor for its addition to a classic
recipe such as banana
nut bread and myself aging from 16 and 30 years old (although hopefully without a smell) yet still enjoying the music of my youth.
However, I did a simple Google search for vegan
nut loaf and found several
recipes (looks like a lot of them use
bread crumbs as a binder).
Might add some
nuts next time for a little crunch but there's no denying that this is the best banana
bread recipe I've tried, thanks!
