nuts because with legumes unfortunately we are not so «good friends» — but yes as for I know that almost all of the
nuts have a huge dose of Omega 6 fatty acids every
day I
consume around 40gr of flaxseeds or chia seeds aswell.
As I think I state pretty clearly in the article, omega 6 are healthy in very small doses — nothing like the high amounts people
consume in the Standard American Diet or even on a few handfuls of
nuts every
day.
