I haven't used
oat flour before, but I'm sure it turned out great.
The original recipe isn't gluten - free but I have made these with
oat flour before with good results.

It's better than the non-organic gluten free
oat flour we used

Most of them call for white whole wheat
flour, but I had a small bag of
oat flour in my pantry that's been begging to be used (and NEEDED to be used soon
before it goes bad).
Hey Britany, You may be able to swap the
oat flour for another kind of
flour, but I haven't tried anything else
before.
Then pile on the dry ingredients
before stirring again:
flour, oats,
oat bran or wheat germ, baking soda, salt and spices.
I have subbed oats
flour for coconut
flour before because it is really absorbent but I usually do a bit more, so in this case where is calls for 1/4 cup of coconut
flour, I would try using 1/3 to a 1/2 cup
oat flour!
