If you don't have wheat or gluten allergies, feel free to try subbing 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
for the almond

With no added oil or butter and very little sweetener, this
oat - based breakfast cookie is legitimately healthy enough
for the first

It looks like cream of wheat, I eat hemp seeds on salad and
oat meal and chia on salad and greek yogurt and ground flax on oatmeal and all kinds of things
for all seeds, but never made anything like this overnight... thanks in advance.

The best replacement
for the parmesan would probably be almond
meal or
oat flour.
• You can still make these without a food processor - just use purchased
oat flour and substitute almond
meal for the sunflower seeds.
I also substituted the oats
for 1/4 cup
oat bran, 1/4 cup quinoa flour, and 1/8 cup golden flax
