I've been making variations of almond and
oat pancakes for a long time now but I think I finally hit on the perfect combination of oats and almonds.
Not exact matches
I made these this morning with some gluten free
pancake mix, as a replacement
for the
oat flour, baking soda and salt.
Had some
oat flour left over so I may use it
for gluten free
pancakes tomorrow morning...
Chickpea flour and
oat flour act much differently in
pancakes — but both are wonderful
for you, nutritionally speaking.
I use this to make my
pancakes (mixed with coconut flour and water or
oat milk, sometimes I use half a scoop of the vegan blend
for extra vitamins) that I make every single day.
These oats are literally perfect
for everything, put them in shakes
for extra carbs, use them as a breakfast porridge style food, or even use them as the ingredient in tasty

oat flour too.I have also used various fruits and sometimes I serve it plain with spiced apple topping.The house smells so good when apples are cooked with clove, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger and brown sugar!!!!
Definitely
oat flour is not ideal
for making
pancakes, really anything other than wheat - based flours are uncharted territory.
