I do not enjoy cooking or baking, therefore the more ingredients a recipe has the more reluctant I am to make it, but this banana and
oat recipe takes the biscuit, it's all for me.

oat bran!).
For myself, I found that it
takes longer than a normal waffle to cook and the texture isn't ** exactly ** the same as a flour - based waffle (not as fluffy, for example), but that's what one would expect with an
oat - based
recipe.
Anyways, to make this breakfast bake taste more cake batter - y and less
oat - y, I
took the standard
recipe I use in most of my breakfast bakes and replaced all the flour with almond flour.
In particular one of my idols on instagram @jspiesy sent photos of her delicious
take on my
recipe which included a cream cheese filling and a nutty
oat streusel on top... Can you say YUM!?
