Optional step for thicker oatmeal: Pour
oatmeal mixture into a microwave safe bowl, and microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute at 50 % power.
In the morning, I add water (3 parts water to one
part oatmeal mixture) and cook in the microwave until the oatmeal bubbles through the microwave door onto the floor.
I was pretty generous with the salt in this batch: I added some salt to the
dry oatmeal mixture, then I added more salt to the liquid mix of coconut oil, honey, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla extract.

Gradually pour the melted butter over
the oatmeal mixture, and stir until crumbly.
Pour liquid mixture into
oatmeal mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
Place the blueberries on the bottom, and cover with
the oatmeal mixture.
Press half of
the oatmeal mixture into the bottom of your lined 8x8 baking dish.
If you're making this in a cast iron skillet like I did, you can stir
your oatmeal mixture right into the skillet with sweet potatoes.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and
the oatmeal mixture is set.
Pour
the oatmeal mixture into the prepped dish.
Spoon
the oatmeal mixture evenly into the prepared muffin cups.
Spoon
the oatmeal mixture evenly between the prepared muffin cups.
Scatter the berries over top of
the oatmeal mixture, reserving a few to scatter on top.
To serve: scoop out 1 cup of
the oatmeal mixture and place in a bowl with 1/2 cup water or milk.

The oatmeal mixture is very lightly sweetened, and the fruit topping is important to the overall flavor.
The problem remains with the mixture; overall, avocado and
oatmeal mixtures are too inconvenient.
Pour the peanut butter mixture, along with the almond milk and mini chocolate chips, into
