oats don't seem to work for my digestion and skin, I am so happy to see buckwheat

We
also don't eat meat so it's been a challenge, but it looks like most of your
recipes don't contain any of these — even the
oats (although I realise some do) I get so fedup with people telling me he needs to eat meat just because he's allergic to all of these things and I've been muddling along but generally struggle with yummy meals to suit the whole family — these look like heaven, I'm so excited to start trying these — have a huge list for the health food shop now Thanks Ella!
Mine's
also totally gluten free as most of these types of
recipes use
oats, so I've moved to brown rice flour to make it easier for you all.
In this
recipe I used normal
oats, but you can
also use gluten free ones.

I've
also never had savory
oats — so I guess I need to step out to my comfort zone and give this
recipe a try:) So unique!
In the note section of the
recipe it says to use rolled
oats, which are
also known as old fashioned
oats!
The chickpea protein burgers, which are full of good stuff like chickpeas, quinoa, sweet potato,
oats and red pepper, and flavoured with Heather's own Montreal veggie seasoning (
recipe also in the book) and a generous dash of liquid smoke.
The
recipe also calls for 2 tablespoons of fine oatmeal for sprinkling on top, I didn't have any to hand and didn't want to buy a bag just for two tablespoons so I just popped 2 tablespoons of the rolled
oats in my coffee grinder and 5 seconds later hey presto!
I
also have a pb cookie
recipe that I sometime add a cup of
oats too and it's pretty yummy.
You can
also make this
recipe with old - fashioned
oats, or omit the chia seeds if you don't have them on hand.
also - I have uesd steel cut
oats in a few
recipes, ground up - is there any reason why that wouldn't work here?
In this
recipe, it's
also helping our
oats stay moist and soft, even after a few days in the fridge.
I haven't tried this
recipe with gluten free flour but I am sure it will work — you can
also use gluten free
oats.
Also I see that rolled
oats are in this
recipe but this seems like a great thing to add to breakfast oatmeal just to give it a variety of flavors.
I could use this

oats are my favorite, so I'm always in that phase, but I
also go through yogurt bowl phases where I'll have one every other day.
I have
also made this
recipe successfully with 3 cups (90 g) puffed brown rice cereal in place of quick - cooking
oats.
Whereas now I've figured how to adapt the
recipe to my liking by adding in chunky nuts like pecans and hazelnuts for a textural contrast, but
also learning to love the individual crunchy
oats as they're literally the perfect porridge sprinkle!

also provides a solid source of nutrients, by turning vitamin - and mineral - rich
recipes for favorites like overnight
oats and smoothies into a frozen meal.
I
also use this apple butter in overnight
oats, and as a marinade to chicken (
recipe coming soon!)
BTW, you could substitute the pumpkin flavor for the original cold brew in this
recipe and
also swap the greek yogurt out for pumpkin puree and have the most epic pumpkin chai cold brew overnight
oats of life.
Also in your photos, it looks like there are some whole
oats, not just oat flour in the crumble mixture, although there aren't any whole
oats in the
recipe.
And we
also like our Oatmeal Cookies bursting with rolled
oats, so for this
recipe we are using a whooping three cups.

oats recipes at least one time you will love it.
I like using rolled
oats for this
recipe but you could
also use steel cut or Scottish
oats if desired.

These overnight oat
recipes are
also very customizable to suit your dietary needs (e.g. for dairy free, use coconut milk instead of regular milk or gluten free
oats for gluten free).
I like the
recipe as written, but I've
also experimented with substituting some
oats, to cut down on the fat, calories, and cost.
In the vein of whole - grain vegan sweets, the Post-Punk Kitchen has a terrific
recipe for jam thumbprint cookies that
also features olive oil, maple syrup, and whole wheat pastry flour, along with ground
oats and almonds.
In a way, this
recipe is similar to a bircher muesli as you can leave it in the fridge overnight, but because the yogurt loosens up the
oats real quickly, it can
also be indulged right away.
The company
also introduced reformulated
recipes for the bars featuring complex flavor profiles and premium ingredients, including puffed quinoa, organic
oats and almonds plus Manuka honey, ginseng, ginger and turmeric.
There is
also no flour in these
recipes, the base being made up of rolled
oats, which are renowned for sustained energy release to keep you powering through the day.
I typically adapt the
recipe so it is gluten free and have
also made it quinoa instead of
oats.
Whether whole, rolled, or quick,
oats offer a ton of nutrition and can be used in a variety of breakfast
recipes, but
also for snacks and dinners too!
I used quick cooking
oats in this
recipe, but you could
also use rolled
oats if you prefer; they'll just be a bit chewier.
This is just a base
recipe also you can switch up ingredients too (swap quinoa for
oats, hemp hearts for chia!)

I chose to use steel cut
oats in this
recipe because not only are they lower on the glycemic index and (arguably) higher in fiber and nutrients than other varieties, but they
also have a chewy, toasty flavor that I just can't get enough of.
I've
also used rolled
oats for part of the flour in some of my
recipes like this chocolate banana bread: http://wearychef.com/chocolate-oatmeal-banana-bread/ Or, you can just use cup for cup gluten free flour for the whole
recipe.
She
also have overnight
oats with chia and coconut milk before she left her apartment in Copenhagen, and brought a tub of cooked cauliflower she'd been
recipe testing onto the plane to eat mid-flight, much to the chagrin of her fellow passengers.
A teaspoon or so of any raw nuts and seeds you like - I used 1 teaspoon each of unsweetened coconut, pumpkin seeds, and a few rolled
oats that I
also use in my homemade Raw Muesli
recipe (on the blog as well).
But I
also like quinoa flakes because unlike
oats, they don't make the
recipe feel heavy, and they add just a touch more protein.
You may have seen this brand at Whole Foods where their items can be found, and if you've seen my

Also, the tartness from the berries and the comforting flavor of the
oats makes this
recipe a winner for my kids too!
