Looking at the
recipe right now I see that I forgot to add the
last 1/2 cup of
oats.

I attempted to make steel
oats in the crock pot
last night without a
recipe and it didn't turn out good.
I've been making these
oats plain for the
last 6 months or so, inspired by the beautiful
recipes in Green Kitchen Travels, which includes versions made with cocoa powder, nut butters, lucuma, and other intriguing flavors.
