Most are made of a gluten - containing grain, like wheat, barley, or oats (oats themselves are gluten - free, but
the oats used in most cereals are contaminated with wheat).
Not sure if this is true, but I would definitely be careful about the type of
oats I used in these recipes.

in Italy recently there was a jug of fresh - squeezed blood orange juice so I

using oats in place of all of the oat bran might not be a good idea - but what you could try is
using some homemade oat flour, which would give you more of the texture of oat bran (and which can be
used in all sorts of baked goods).
I chose to
use old - fashioned
oats, as that's what I always have stocked
in my pantry (for this granola or this breakfast), so I would recommend
using those.
I've
use white bread flour with wholewheat bread flour and
oats because 100 % wholewheat generally struggles to rise and can result
