Mr. Awuau failed
his obligations under subsection 3 (a) and (b) to «provide the grounds upon which the party objects to the dismissal of the proceeding, or set out any other issues or concerns, in writing; and serve the material upon the other parties and file it within 20 days of the date of the notice provided under Rule 68.2.
«In meeting
its obligations under subsection (1),» the employer shall consult with the employee making the request in determining the suitability of an accessible format or communication support.
Note:
The obligation under subsection (2) to notify a prescribed child welfare authority of a suspicion that a child has been abused or is at risk of being abused must be complied with, regardless of whether this subsection also applies to the same situation.
(3)
The obligation under subsection (1) may be met by maintaining the records in print or in electronic format.
(2) In addition to
the obligation under subsection (1), a managing broker, associate broker or representative must clearly indicate the licensee name of their related brokerage in the course of providing real estate services.

Not later than 30 days after the date of distribution of
obligation authority
under subsection (c) for each of fiscal years 2012 through 2013, the Secretary shall distribute to the States any funds (excluding funds authorized for the program
under section 202 of title 23, United States Code) that --
-- A portion of the principal
obligation of the mortgage, which meets the requirements
under subsection (c), shall be used only for financing the provision of eligible sustainable building elements for the housing for which the mortgage was made.
(3) If the lien created by the Director
under subsection (1) relates to real property, the Director may register the lien against the property of the person liable to pay the fine in the proper land registry office and on registration, the
obligation under the lien becomes a charge on the property.
(9) If the designated authority is unable to determine the duration of the support
obligation in accordance with
subsection (8) based on the information received from the applicant or the appropriate authority in the reciprocating jurisdiction, the designated authority may enforce the support order for the duration determined
under Ontario law.
(4) This Subdivision does not apply if, in circumstances mentioned in
subsection (2), the court dealing with the current contravention is satisfied that the person who contravened the primary order has behaved in a way that showed a serious disregard for his or her
obligations under the primary order.
(5) Nothing in
subsection (3) relieves the brokerage of its
obligation to retain records
under section 8 - 10 [retention of records] of these rules.
