Most recently, along with his partners, Henry E. Dugan, Jr. and George S. Tolley, III, Bruce was recognized as Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2009 by the Maryland Association for Justice for his dedicated representation of a brain damaged child injured at birth as a result

During the course of his career, Mr. Rodriguez has successfully represented children who have suffered brain damage
