practice itself is fairly shameful.
But the failure in that adoption was not this group's lack of investigation, nor was it not our lack of commitment; it was simply the fact that the guy is a total scam artist and crook, it was the pure and utter deception, it was his
obviously unethical and
illegal practices, it is flipping dogs for profit and doing whatever he has to in order to adopt out a dog as fast as possible to make a profit.
