I don't eat it myself much (except butter, heavy cream in my coffee and
the occasional bit of cheese — all high fat, low casein).

I use the 20 % for small
bits of indulgences like chocolate or wine or
cheese, and then
occasional questionable ingredients when eating food I haven't cooked myself.
I am frustrated because I follow a WFPB diet... mostly because I do have the
occasional egg and
bit of cheese and some cream in my one cup
of coffee in the morning.
