I followed a plant - based diet for a couple years, with
the occasional egg or sushi, and in the end began feeling VERY rundown and, tbh, I started craving / feeling curious about eating animal products again.
I am frustrated because I follow a WFPB diet... mostly because I do have
the occasional egg and bit of cheese and some cream in my one cup of coffee in the morning.
It does not matter if it happens to be a hot miso soup, a slice of sourdough bread with cashew cheese,
an occasional egg (that my mom brings from their hen house), fresh veggies from the garden or Raw chocolate... You get the point.
We enjoy
the occasional egg filled with chocolate Easter candy here and there, but what we're really yearning for are the eggs stuffed with the major prizes.
Recently I've been committing to an almost completely vegan diet, save
the occasional egg when eating out.

the occasional egg supplement may help to restore their coat to its soft, shiny glory.
As long as your dog is at a healthy weight and does not have existing cardiovascular problems, there should not be any problem with giving
them the occasional egg with their breakfast.
