the occasional sound effect (buzzing wasps) and the more common pop music (differing from the usual manufactured DCOM soundtrack) clearly and effectively.

The Dolby Digital 5.1 soundtrack is equally satisfying, with its fine conveyance of Jonny Greenwood's haunting music, the

sound effect, and dialogue that's often delivered with varying degrees of force.
The on - set dialogue and
occasional overdubs are clear and recognizable from one another, but
sound effects, including noises from Belial, have much more fidelity to them and are the most effective aspect of the track as a whole.
The
sound will also struggle during large events, with the
sound effects for guns and more simply vanishing, leaving you in a strange world of semi-silence that's punctuated by the
occasional burst of gunfire or a scream that comes out of nowhere.
However, selecting with voiceovers didn't really have them reading the dialogue, just added some
sound effects into the game, and the
occasional line being said.
The game also suffers from a complete lack of
sound effects, with the exception of an
occasional voice clip (one of them being by Grant Kirkhope himself, weirdly enough), and very subpar animal noises.
Sound effects are OK, your motorbike engine with the
occasional explosion can be heard, amusing voice overs for your rider are provided by Brandon Dicamillo and Rake Yohn of Jackass fame.
Planet - side noise is usually just ambient creature
sounds (even sometimes on planets with no creatures) and
occasional weather
effects.
