beef, venison or lamb, mainly animal fats, nuts, and low salicylate vegetables, no fruit what so ever I was consuming small amounts of rum
occasionally but have now stopped I am considering removing dairy, I only eat whole foods, no e numbers, sweetners, no sulphites, flavourings, colourings etc..
