In Eastern Maryland and Virginia its pulled pork mixed with a slightly tangy, slightly sweet tomato based

sauce, in North Carolina its pulled pork in a shockingly sour vinegar based
sauce, and in Alabama... well in Alabama they live under the delusion that the best
BBQ in the world comes in the form
of a flat, dry, piece
of plain pork
on a bun paired with a mystery
sauce in a squeeze bottle... I kid you not, they really think its great.
I mixed up a small batch
of BBQ sauce using ingredients
on hand and it turned out fine.

Used panko instead
of almond meal since that's what I had
on hand, and added a couple
of tablespoons
of smokey
bbq sauce to the glaze, but otherwise followed your instructions.
It's as simple as placing your fresh chicken, pouring your
BBQ sauce of choice
on top, and turning
on your crockpot!
Lots
of times we have served it without the lettuce just as
BBQ chicken with a
sauce and fajita vegetables
on the side and my whole extended family loves it and requests it.

I also followed the advice
of others and put more
BBQ sauce on the tops about 20 minutes before I took them out
of the oven...
It is perfection
on a large salmon fillet, ideal for
bbq shrimp and
of course the must have basting
sauce for chicken and ribs.
Just add some fresh
BBQ sauce on top before reheating it and put a pan
of water under it to add some steam while reheating in the oven.
Place shredded chicken
on top and then drizzle desired amount
of BBQ sauce over the chicken.
Evenly spread the
BBQ sauce on top
of the loaf and bake for an hour and twenty minutes or until a wooden toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
I highly recommend you keep a few pounds
of chicken wings in the freezer, a bottle
of your favority wing and
BBQ sauce, and either Cajun Seasoning Mix or Blackened Seasoning
on hand.

The first round
of bbq sauce, the side that was flipped over (

sauce came off due to the liquid from the chicken.
We made a couple allergy friendly modifications, we used a gelatin egg in place
of the egg and I made two AIP
bbq sauces to put
on the pizza.
I also just used marinara
sauce because I realized I was out
of bbq in the midst
of the recipe, and piled
on veggies.

of cooking, when the juices start to bead up
on the meat, lightly brush the ribs
