Good comments all around but what stands out for me are the assertions from panelist Ruby regarding the disproportionate amount
of black lawyers facing disciplinary issues, what statistics do we have?

In my mind, perhaps the biggest factor that accounts for under - representation
of black lawyers at the court is the rise of Supreme Court specialists, a phenomenon described in this piece by Tony Mauro.

of Black Lawyers points out, it is fear keeping law firms from looking within and being willing to count and make public their demographic statistics.
