of Bomberman's glorious return to the console world stage later this week in Super Bomberman R for the Nintendo Switch, it's worthwhile to review the bomber king's mighty legacy across the console, handheld, and mobile gaming spaces.
It's probably the best game for multiplayer action on the whole system, only really rivaled only by the likes
of Bomberman.

of a Bomberman title pushed onto a storyline mode make it a little harder to recommend.

The story is simple, but that's exactly what the storyline
of a Bomberman game should be.
The visuals
of Bomberman R are cute and quirky.
There's really nothing quite like a round or ten
of Bomberman.
Environments with both destructible and indestructible sections, and power - ups that enhance your speed, the distance of explosions, etc., all add to the strategy
of Bomberman.
If you've had a hankering for a multiplayer version of «Miner Dig Deep» that feels a little bit like a side - scrolling version
of Bomberman, then «Dwarven Depths» is your game.
Players guide a wide variety
of Bomberman characters around maze - like areas using timed bombs to open walkways and take out opponents.
