Vaccines exist to control the respiratory and abortion manifestations of EHV - 1; however, the currently licensed vaccines are not labeled for the prevention
of EHM.

The Idaho State Department

EHM) in a Quarter Horse mare that exhibited fever, diarrhea and ataxia at a private facility in Gooding County.
