Elance, Fiverr, and Writer.ly ready and willing to get your book publish - ready.
When it comes to the lower end
of things, currently you can hire an ebook ghostwriter for as little as.005 cents per word, if you don't mind outsourcing through odesk or
elance, where you can have an eager foreign friend write it all out for you.
While
Elance may very well be the most expensive
of these three starter options I've listed for you, you're sure to find what you're looking for if you're willing to do the research and — perhaps most importantly — pay what the top book cover designers on
Elance.com deserve to be paid for their services.
One (not entirely unfair) way to categorize the two sites was that oDesk catered to the cheaper end
