I substituted 1/2 C
of GF oats for some of the almond flour to add more nutritional value.
I have tried other brands
of GF oats, and found nothing to match the taste and texture of these.
Being gf and owning a ton
of gf oats this opens up a whole new world of recipes for me.
This is my second batch
of GF oats; I buy / freeze them and eat a batch almost daily.

I used 1 cup
of Cup4Cup flour, 1/2 cup
gf oats, and subbed flaxseed meal for the millet, because it was what I had.
For a gluten free version
of this recipe simply substitute the 1 cup
of spelt flour for 1/2 cup chickpea four and 1/2 cup oat flour (from
GF oats).
DRY — 2 cups ground almonds (240g)-- 1/2 cup

If this isn't your thing then I would recommend swapping some
of the chia seeds for
GF oats to create a overnight oat / chia breakfast instead.

I know my recipes focus quite heavily on using gluten free
oats (clues in the name), but there are a small percentage
of people diagnosed with Coeliac Disease that may still be sensitive to certified
GF oats, and therefore can't eat them.
I also love that these can be made
GF since they're just chock full
of oats!

However, I've got a big container under my bed full
of quinoa, flax, chia, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, sunflower butter, steel cut
oats (
gf), lentils, tahini, amaranth, beans, cacao nibs, shredded coconut, coconut oil, vega protein, and some sardines, tuna and salmon.
You can also used certified
GF oats instead
of the quinoa flakes.
I know a lot
of people are bothered by even
GF oats.
Just noted there is no mention
of using
GF oats as many
oats are cross contaminated and not really gluten free.

oats for many things... it is our favorite cereal... I have not had a problem with it... it is reasonably priced in bulk...
After about a month
of first eating

gf oats, we noticed SOME negative change in behavior but didn't think much

GF, which makes me quite happy since our whole house is
