The original recipe on the side of the box says to use a whole box
of Jumbo Shells but you'd have to stuff another 17 or so in this dish.

To fill the
shells: Cup a
jumbo shell in your weaker hand, facing the
shell so that the tighter curl
of the
shell is close to your thumb and the looser part rests on your palm.

Making this recipe as we speak, and I think my «
jumbo shells» are smaller because I was only able to get about 2 heaping teaspoons
of mixture into each
shell, so I ended up filling up about 37
shells haha!

of the ricotta - vegetable mixture (I eyeball this and just fill them full).
Additionally, BoA offers fixed - rate interest - only
jumbo mortgages, in which you can choose to
shell out just interest for a set number
of years before you begin repaying principal.
