I could just imagine something like this with
roast lamb, which we eat a lot
of here in Australia.
Then for Entrée I would get the
Roasted Anderson Valley Leg
of Lamb Curry with Braised Beans & Mustarda.
You could replace the
lamb with
roast chicken or beef — as long as you have plenty
of gravy to go with it, anything goes.
And if you're feeding more
of a crowd, you can easily double the recipe, either by using two cast iron skillets or a
roasting pan that will hold two racks
of lamb.
I filled my wraps with slow -
