of Modern and Contemporary Art for the Ringling Museum, he will teach graduate seminars for Florida State University through the Museum Studies Program.

Throughout his career Sirmans has worked as an independent curator, critic, editor and writer, and prior to his appointment to the LACMA in 2010 Sirmans served as a curator
of modern and contemporary art for the Menil Collection in Houston and curatorial advisor at P.S. 1 Contemporary Art Center in New York.
Ms. Dennison organized over 35 exhibitions
of Modern and contemporary art for major institutions around the world, many based on the museum's renowned permanent collection, which she was instrumental in developing during her tenure.
