Store - bought «sweetened»
mylks are made with refined sugars, but making our own — allows us to control the quantity and quality
of ingredients.
Sesame seeds are also a more sustainable source
of nutrients, compared to industrially produced cow's milk and almond
mylk — better for human health, and the earth!
For special occasions, create your own healthy «chocolate
mylk» — by blending a couple tablespoons
of cacao to the sesame
mylk base.
Note: You can sweeten the
mylk, to balance the slightly bitter seed — by blending in a couple tablespoons
of maple syrup or a few dates.

mylks, the winter months are the perfect time to cue up my aromatic (and sensual!)
Once the it has firmed up a bit, take it out
of the freezer and layer on 1/2
of the mixture that was left over from blending the bananas and nut
mylk and add this to the freezer for 10 minutes.
A totally vegan bakery and coffeehouse, they serve up made - in - house

mylk hot chocolates at night and I was even making the below recipe, golden
mylk smoothies, after the gym or pool.
I used a touch
of cinnamon, pure Canadian maple syrup to sweeten and Manitoba Harvest Hemp Seeds which I buy in bulk from Costco, so it saves some money as I know making your own nut
mylk can be pricey!
