This is the same reason why I recommend switching up your grip when doing sets
of pullups, and including
odd object lifting in your program once in awhile.
However, unlike most new methods

of results that goes back thousands
of years!
For the majority
of people, having stones, tires, logs, and other
odd objects isn't realistic to their training.

Strongman Training, especially in the sense
of lifting big, round,
odd objects, like Stones, Sandbags, and Kegs, helps you develop the kind
of strength that you can call on when you need it.
With these implements being
