of pelvic floor dysfunctions and infertility through a
pelvic health
physiotherapy, acupuncture, and yoga to name a few treatment methods she uses.
It was her journey through pregnancy and postpartum recovery where she discovered the lack
of awareness towards the
pelvic floor, a socially «taboo» area
of the body and the benefits
physiotherapy can provide.
