I did add more
greens than what is called for (beet
greens and chard) and used vegetable broth instead
of plain water (a bit extra too, to accommodate the extra veggies).

Here's my version: 32 oz defrosted hash browns 1 samll chopped

Finally spoon the rest
of the
green tea batter on top, in different spots, leaving some
plain batter showing through.
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, tahini, spices and salt until smooth and pour over the cooled beets, toss and serve alongside fresh

I didn't personally care for the consistency
of my
green tahini sauce (too thick and heavy - more so than described), so I added olive oil and
plain yogurt to taste, and preferred it this way.
Using the basic recipe with unsweetened almond milk,
plain yogurt and maple syrup, by morning I had several pieces
of oats that had a bluish -
green color on them (mold?).
