The two images that make use
of Portrait Lighting have come out particularly well and show just how good the iPhone X's camera can be in the right hands.
All the three photos were shot using an iPhone X, with two of them making use
of the Portrait Lighting feature in iOS 11 to achieve a very dramatic look.
All of the features from the iPhone 8 Plus carry through to the iPhone X, including optical zoom and digital zoom up to 10x, a wide colour capture, a Quad - LED True Tone flash and Portrait mode, as well as the beta version
of Portrait Lighting.
There are currently five different types
of Portrait lighting: Natural, Studio, Contour, Stage Light, or Stage Light Mono.
In fact, the only difference in the specs for the iPhone 8 and the iPhone 8 Plus is the addition
of the Portrait Lighting mode — which is still in beta, by the way — for the iPhone 8 Plus.
Apple is very proud
of its Portrait Lighting feature for the iPhone X and iPhone 8 Plus, and it's willing to let users take a peek behind the Cupertino curtain to show exactly why.
In fact, that particular iPhone is the only one able to take advantage
of Portrait Lighting right now, although the iPhone X will also offer it once it goes on sale on November 3rd.
It's the day after Apple's Sept. 12 iPhone event and Apple Senior Vice President Phil Schiller is enthusiastically explaining the origins
of the Portrait Lighting feature in the new iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X. «We didn't just study portrait photography.

lit by candlelight, wide open living areas, and the lush, aesthetically pleasing gardens is where Dido resides as part
of the family, under the watchful eye
of Lord and Lady Mansfield.
I love to shoot
portraits outdoors where I can incorporate natural
light and nature into my vision
of the model or models.

of the late 1970s and early 1980s: it's a hymn, melancholic and joyous, to adolescence in all its wild ambition and agonised introspection, much more than it is the creation - myth
