Before I share this recipe I would like to take the time to briefly let you know about the health benefits
of wheatgrass powder and yacon syrup.
For example, a mixture
of wheatgrass powder, spirulina powder, chlorella powder will immediately help to absorb excess oils and are full of chlorophyll which helps deliver oxygen to the follicles.
For green color: I used 1 teaspoon
of wheatgrass powder plus 1/8 teaspoon of green spirulina.

While pregnant, I've given up on the stronger superfoods, like

of my favorite products that I've been using for a long time.
I use frozen berries with 1 cup
of coconut milk (or any seed / nut milk), 1 tb
of maca
powder, 1 tb
of ground flaxseed, 1 tb
of quinoa flakes, 1 tb
of barleygrass or
wheatgrass powder, 1 tb
of hemp protein
powder, a handful
of spinach or kale, and half an avocado works well too for extra creaminess, 1 - 2 medjool dates or dried figs for sweetness and a teaspoon
of frozen ginger for a fiery kick to wake you up.
You will have to have a masticating juicer for the
wheatgrass, but you can always juice the rest and add a spoon
of your favourite green superfood
powder to enhance it!
Most green
powders do not list the age
of the
wheatgrass, so those with celiac disease or gluten intolerance should probably err on the side
of caution and avoid.
