The story of Black Panther takes place a week after the events
of Civil War as T'Challa / Black Panther (played by Chadwick Boseman) takes his place as the new king of Wakanda.
I am not sure that the book changed or added to my understanding of the events
of the Civil War as I have read many historical books (fiction and non fiction on the Civil War and have visited many of the Civil War battle sites in the Mid-Atlantic area.

civil war it is quite possible that God's purpose is something different from the purpose
of either party; and yet the human instrumentalities, working just
as they do, are
of the best adaptation to effect his purpose.
