of a

Rounding out the top 10 projects in terms

at 92.2 percent, a garage door replacement — midrange project (88.5 percent), a siding replacement with fiber cement (84.3 percent), a garage door replacement — upscale project (82.5 percent), vinyl siding replacement (80.7 percent), a wood deck addition (80.5 percent), a minor
kitchen remodel (79.3 percent), wood window replacement (78.8 percent), and foam - backed vinyl siding replacement (77.6 percent).
NAHB estimates this lower limit will place up to $ 8.5 billion in annual
remodeling economic activity
at risk, as even the simplest
of remodeling jobs, like installing new appliances or updating bathrooms or
kitchens, could result in many homes reaching the 30 percent threshold and triggering higher premium rates.
As for the Traveler's Inn portion
of the house... the bathrooms are a lovely retro pink & yellow, we've put a third bathroom addition on the house that is a complete blank slate
at this point, we're still finishing our
kitchen remodel, I haven't even started on the laundry room or dining room, and the family room is always a mess... goodness.

Then something random hit me, I could use them UP on my counter in the

I was forced to
remodel when our frige threw a water party while away for a week (parents 60th anniversary, ain't that cool) so since all the wood flooring, subfloors had to go why not knock out the
kitchen wall and make the porch a part
of the
kitchen.Whew what was I thinking but I have appreciated reading about your adventures and realize
at one time or another drywall dust was mostly likely an annoying part
of your life for a while.
Looking
at a bazillion design blogs and photos
of remodeled kitchens leaves me to believe that originality in design has gone on hiatus.
However, they balk
at the thought
of spending that much on a
kitchen remodel when if done correctly, you can recoup around 75 %
of the cost IMHO.
I am
at the final stages
of a
kitchen remodel — my original goal was to get bigger windows in the wall overlooking my backyard - so I understand your «view»!.
Now that I can see the light
at the end
of my
kitchen remodel, I am sad to think about taking my dishes out
of that cabinet to put them away.
Totally amazed
at the before and after comparison
of remodeled kitchen.
And sometimes
at night, I dream
of subway tile:) I don't know how you could part with that
kitchen after all the work involved in the
remodel.

so between the choices
of waiting for a couple
of years to save up the cash money to
remodel the
kitchen of my dreams OR find a way to make it work with the budget we had
