This, presumably, is because you're not permitted to practise law in most jurisdictions unless you have some kind of qualification in the law
of that particular jurisdiction.
Are we teaching the next generation of lawyers to become conventional one - on - one, face - to - face, bespoke, consultative specialist advisers who are expert in the substantive law
of particular jurisdictions and charge on an hourly basis?
