of oil containing high levels
of omega 6 this information would be beneficial to switch, but
for those who have adequate omega 6:3 ratios, that being 4:1 on a low fat, whole foods, oil free
plant based diet would find that their ratios would be in check so there would be no need
for adding coconut oil.
Please address and clarify this question
for the many considering what might be sloppy amino - acid matching
of their new
plant -
based diets.
This may infact be the case
for refined white pasta, but when you're eating a healthy well balanced
diet full
of whole foods and
plant based ingredients you worry less about these kinds
of things.
