So, after a lot
of reading, and much to the derision / disgust / questioning from my friends and family, I decided to embark on an entirely
plant based diet.
I think some
of the constipation issues aren't
so much a concern if you have a
plant based diet.

plant based diet would find that their ratios would be in check
so there would be no need for adding coconut oil.
So, it is my contention that a
plant based diet will help almost anyone by eliminating a whole spectrum
of pro inflammatory factors.
Obviously one
of the main points
of this is to adopt (even) more
of a
plant -
based diet,
so I don't plan to exist on Pot Noodles and Pringles, but it's good to know I could grab a Bournville from the garage if the urge for chocolate takes over (UPDATE: I actually checked my local garage yesterday and they don't even sell it... WTF Nightingales?
Fast forward six or
so years and here I stand, proud as ever to eat a primarily
plant -
based diet that consists
of so,
so much more than peas and carrots.

So I would eat a varied whole food
plant based diet with Vitamin B12 supplement see series
of videos by Dr. Greger in 2/12 and not worry about it.
In practice, very few people are satisfied with the flavors and tastes

I agree with your personal view, however I think in terms
of plant based diet, there are already
so much amazing results in health care, that we could do more research on cancer, but as I heard, is really expensive to do without fundings from governments and others institutions.
So I'm a fan
of really kinda eating a
plant -
based diet that has lots
of fats and then moderate amounts
of meats which technically are acidic especially when unopposed with vegetables and healthy fat intake.
