The timing
of this recipe couldn't have been more opportune as I had half a
rotisserie chicken in my fridge begging to be used, I had one chipotle chili with adobo sauce in a small container in the freezer
from a previous recipe, and I had some leftover milk
from my son's last visit (he loves milk with his chocolate - anything).
We used a
rotisserie chicken from the grocery store and sliced that up (minus the skin) instead
of cooking the
chicken ourselves.
These are all the ingredients you'll need to make a quick easy batch

chicken noodle soup: olive oil, yellow onion, celery, baby carrots, breast meat

The only change I made, was to roast my own
chicken legs rather than cold picked over
rotisserie, left the bones in, put lots baby mixed greens on top ----- putting the greens on top
of the hot

I love buying the
rotisserie chickens from Costco they are such a great deal for tons
of meat.
I love grabbing a whole organic
