I see lot
of coments about how we can sign Reus «cuz he's a world class
player.Yes, he is a great
player BUT did you see how mutch this season was he injuried? The period when Dortmund win some games and comme forward in the table was the period when Reus was available, rest
of the season he was injuried. This is one thing, the other think is that Klopp say he will leave Dortmund in the end
of the season and looking for a new chalange.I'm pretty sure that he will leave to a big
team and will take Reus after him.Sterling is exactly the same type
of player as Sanchez, just doesn't have the same experience, he's not fully developed.I think he can be a first XI
player for us and I think will be great alongside Sanchez, replacing Cazorla when he will leave.Sterling is an English
player, will be great to see him at nationat
team too, and we need as mutch as rest
of the big
teams from EPL home grown
players. The coments who say that we have Gnabry and Wellington make me laugh, really?Do you want trophies?Or do you want to see more young
players and waiting year after year to confirm or just see how they doesn't play anything? We are a top
team, and need performance in UCL
too, not just participaiting.Sterling is a young CONFIRMED
player who will definetly help us.Agree that he's not fully grown but he will be a great
player.
seems to reflect the general mess that the club is now in... rent seeking owner disinterested in the game, delusional manager who continues to believe the game is played in his own head rather than against other
teams who are strengthening,
too many
players in some positions
too few in others, inflated wage bill due to hanging on to deadwood
players, injury prone before season starts, lack
of footballing identity... wexit a necessary but probably not sufficient condition for club to regain its status
Saying, I don't want to sign

We have
players like Jenkinson who isn't good enough for any

Why is every Arsenal fans keep complaining about this draw, one thing I know for sure is that, Wenger is a wounded lion don't think you can take him down so easily because
of his injury we know is hard sometimes for any
team to face Bacerlona in the peach but is 11
players either side only the quality some times but we do have quality
players too so why is the worries come on guys i know We can do this Wenger can do it, is our season it's a reason for the past 9 seasons without trophy God have something special for us & this is it.
goodness i can't believe it people will still defend him.You know something when Giroud misses many chances like at Monaco i did not criticize him even based on that you know why?its because he has always not been clinical. The only way a
team can improve is by indentifying its problems and solving them.Arsenal has Giroud as the main cf and Welbeck as backup to him.Giroud has done well scoring some goals some
too important but collectively he does more harm than good.Do not use moments to judge a
player judge him based on content.Giroud does not excel in many games than he excels in games. As a main cf you need to be consistent.I see people here saying Giroud can not dribble he cant do this he cant do that but its a bit crazy to criticize him for that because every
player has his own style.Giroud limitations as a
player costs arsenal and will cost us a lot. Most importantly his poor finishing which has cost us several times. Not good enough. His style
of play is ok for us but a striker who can take on
players and run behind defences very well would make us very strong and also should be clinical. For Welbeck he needs to works on his finishing and composure by doing the basic things right. He rushes infront
of goal
too much. For now he is just above average. However he can excel if he works on improving.Giroud and Welbeck will always be a pain in arsenal's neck for most part. Some will call me stupid but hey at least i want to analyze the problem.People may support Giroud or Welbeck to lead the line next season but as the saying goes if you fool me once shame on you but if you fool me twice shame on me.Will you let Giroud and Welbeck fool you again?
Wenger is just
too stubborn is the problem.we have a very strong chance
of winning it this season (bpl) but if Wenger had gotten two outfield
players in d summer (a fwd and cdm) we would have been sitting at d peak with at least 9 points off the rest d rest by now.but alas his egocentric stubbornness and blind loyalty to some average
players in d
team is giving us heart aches.however I still see us winning d league this season only that we'll b doing it in a cinderella story way
Perhaps we should not place
too much emphasis on the performance
of the Arsenal
team in one game, but there has been a definite improvement from the
players in the last two games.
There's basically no sense in allowing a
player leave for free. The disgraceful thing is he's our best
player and you're letting him go for free.PSG have also given us the chance to include Lucas Moura / Blaise Matuidi in the deal. Why not take Matuidi and run. Then go all out to find his replacement before the season starts.I just don't see sense in keeping him.Common sense tells us that he should be sold. You're not granted the title with or without him and just so you know,
teams have won the EPL with wingers who are not better than Sanchez.Arsene should be smart before it's
too late.I said weeks ago that if he knows in his heart that he's going to sell he had better do it quickly before
teams start placing mammoth prices on their

of suitors grows towards the end

But as it is, many

I am not saying that Ozil is not great or doesn't add something to the

more to the point for an Economics graduate, who doesn't understand inflation moaning about the fact the the price

of the premier league
teams have shot up
too is incredibly stupid... But hey Wenger knows best; he wouldn't be in a position not having to spend over the odds for quality
players if he acted in the first place, that's the icing on the retard cake there for me..
Arsenal
players haven been overly played this season because
of the Europa league where we have been playing mainly our B
team and Ozil and MK haven't had
too many games before Christmas so i think our first 16
players are not heavily over worked and will have less to do in the coming weeks, we should be more worried about match fitness then fatigue,
Maybe the current Real Madrid manager has been a bit
too busy in recent years to keep tabs on what is going on with English football, because all
of the 11
players in the
team are no longer playing in the Premier League and most
of them have hung up their boots completely.
It's difficult to blame Ozil for the difficulties he's faced at Arsenal without looking at the big picture... like the fans, he
too was lied to by Wenger... there is no doubt in my mind that he was told by Wenger that he was trying desperately to recreate our earlier success by acquiring
players that fit the system he ran when Henry was in his prime... as we know this hasn't happened... in order for Ozl to flourish he needs some speed up front, forwards that can make intelligent runs, a boss in the midfield to compensate for his obvious defensive liabilities and defenders who can transition from defence to offence quickly and efficiently... much like he had in Real and with the German National squad... unfortunately he ended up on a squad that has a striker who plays with his back to goal, very few intelligent runs into the box, minus Sanchez, no one to take pressure off him in the midfield, once Cazorla was injured, average defensive midfielders around him, which simply highlighted his lacking defensive qualities and defenders who lack the necessary cutting edge when it comes to transitional passing... instead
of blaming Ozil, which is simply
too easy, especially considering his mopey disposition, we should be asking ownership and / or Wenger why they brought him in if they didn't intend on doing what was necessary to get the best from him... can you imagine Ozil playing with the likes
of Henry, Viera, Petit and Pires, it would be incredibly to watch and even more difficult to stop... so the only thing different between his experiences in Real and with the German
team versus his time at Arsenal are the
players around him and we all know who is in charge
of making those decisions, the Grinch who stole soccer
Then there's the «the
team wasn't up for it» jibe — again the blame is put on to Wenger on his supposed failure to motivate the
team for a Cup Final — A Cup Final FFS and his selection
of (
too) nice

Once the Arsenal
team runs onto the pitch for any game
of football it is up to the 11
players out there representing us all to perform and produce the right result, so we can see the logic in laying the blame with these
players when things do not go exactly according to plan and the Arsenal suffer the sort
of disappointment that has been all
too prevalent this season.
We were always a strong

I
too was one

we have at most 4 real quality outfielders i.e.
players that other top european
teams would take... ozil sanchez santi and kos... in my books you need 6... we are two short but worse the quality
of others is lower than needed... only bellerin coq and wilshere have that potential... and there are problems with each still... we should have put in bids in june for griezman kondogbia and the Burussia striker as all could have been prized away with right bid plus
players thrown in IMO... now its
too late and wenger is in some weird gallic world
of existential hope and denial and fans are just praying we do nt lose opening 2 matches for first time in over two decades... but no one is really confident against a
team which is sure to finish around mid table...

My own point - either we have an 8 year record
of great FO decisions, or we signed

of course the fans can be disappointed and the
team should be sorry and thank them, but if i was a
player i wouldnt thank the fans every game
too... especially if i lose, then i would be angry at myself and go to the cabin, instead
of some fake thanking
OT: My wishes: — Wenger to stop playing Mert ahead
of Gab... this is a must — Wenger being ruthless and stop being stubbornness «big wish» — Wenger to change his transfer policy «big wish as well» — Not count on very injury prone
players (Wilshere, Walcott, Ox, Welbeck), take them only as a bounce because they would never stay fit... It is a dilemma because they are all quality home grown
players, so I can not say «get rid
of them all» — Give our smart attacking
players (Sanchez, Cazorla, Ozil) what they need, a striker... that is a must — Strengthen the flank with another quality because all the sights now on Sanchez — Get rid
of useless
team players (Campbell, Flamini, yes they are useless) and replace them with better
players (promote or buy good ones)-- Loan Chamber... 16M is
too much to ruin
Officiating is the hardest thing in sports, but a lot
of times referees don't blow the whistle because they have... let's call it respect, yes,
too much respect for a certain

Cazorla —
too bad he was lost
too soon... not blinded enough to think he would solve all

of Wenger's man love for the one and only Diaby... don't resign because even if he were to come back he's been out to long and he just gives Wenger an excuse to not replace with talent
Barca was one in ten thousand made up
team that couldn't go wrong for any intelligent
player and Bayern is in a way the same and city is not
too far from the elite with the right funding he could
of been success with arsenal as well
whos ramsey, a
player whos trying to outdo himself, hes a coward that couldn't even stand up to cavani, acting like a stupid wimp, I look at this
team I see a lot
of wengers, ramsey's positioning is zero, his technique is zero, vision is zero, does he think hes iniesta, for godsakes just be a average dutiful midfielder that's all we want example modric kross thiago verratti, u don't need to push
too forward to be important to your
team..
2) No leaders across the pitch: Özil for all the money is no leader but a technically gifted
player who can split a defense with an exquisite vision and pass, Sanchez for all the dribbles as the potential but is not there yet, Cazorla will never be in the conversation, Mertesacker is not fit to be one anymore, Coquelin for all the good he has done is
too tender and inexperience, Giroud no WC
player to assume the role... the only one who can seriously be a leader is Wilshere but unfortunately until he becomes consistent and set the tone with his talent and passion... 3) Mertesacker is a shell
of himself and it would be an embarrassment to see him continue to play in his current form, get Gabriel out just for the sake
of showing anybody in this
team that there's no place for under performers: we paid good money to get him so play him!
Yeah I know he might come with some baggage, but he is
too good to not look twice at... He is also a
team player, and doesn't have the ego
of some other world class
players, in my opinion!
No surprise to see Ozil's former captain at international level make the
team and Lahm has consistently been one
of the best
players in the world in the last decade and has proven he can do it in midfield
too.
The main thing I'd like to stress on is that Wenger's tactical set up
of players is poor and his decisions are terrible. He doesn't combine
players very well and I feel he makes some
players too much
of a main stay in his
team even when they are poor which doesn't create competition to bring out the best in
players. He also sold Gabriel who for all his mistakes has better defensive skills in terms
of tackling, 1 v1, interceptions and others than Mertesacker, Holding and Chambers.
I will assure all the Ozil is never in the wrong brigade, the days
of an attacking midfielder that is one dimensional are long gone, just assisting and contributing nothing else to the
team is in the past, all
players now have to do more than just waiting for others to fight for them, as that's why Mata struggled at Chelsea under Moanrinho and he is struggling at Man United
too.
I agree and it's Hummels, Sneiderlin, and Dybala from your list for me... We need some serious presence in our
team mainly in the midfield area because we're either
too small or weak minded and that's unacceptable to the fans... Love Özil and what he can do but if we manage to acquire
players of presence this summer that can no doubt cover him while he floats and he still goes missing then I'm afraid it will have been a very expensive mistake with him... I'm at a point now where I'm completely numb to us losing because I don't expect us to win and that's bad.
Some
of our fans
too were repeating the garbage about not finding
players to improve the
team.
I know Arsenal all
too well and trust me we would've still lost.A lot
of people think this Arsenal squad isn't good enough to win the league but I beg to differ.Give this same squad to Rafa Benitez or any world class manager even without any signing before the transfer window ends and watch us play like you've never seen before. The problem in this
team has always been tactics, mentality and mismanagement. This is what has really been disturbing us for several seasons but alwas goes ignored.Mark my words that if Arsenal get everyone they're supposed to we're not winning the league if those three things aren't checked. We need signings but our problem is much bigger than signings.Give this same squad to Klopp or a
too manager and you'd be shocked some
players who were called average will be playing differently. You know why?Strong mentality, proper management and good tactics count.
I agree that there is no point singleling out
players for criticism alhought I find it very disappointing that our core
of buffon + bbc tends to show way
too much respect and inferiority complex to certain
players and
teams particularly those from spain.
but more importantly it should tell you that wenger no longer has a grasp on the strengths and weaknesses
of his
team, or, indeed, what kind
of football he is trying to play... heard a lot
of people waffling on about the end
of tika tak... we never got there because
too many first
team players lack the skills to do that kind
of football... ramsey walcott giroud merteshaker coquelin are not that kind
of player... nor do we rapidly convert defence in to attack as we used to or press
teams in their own half..
Before you get
too wound up, I should tell you that as well as the
players all having been
team mates
of Ozil's down the years, he did pick Gnabry with a cheeky grin, as you can see on the video in this Metro report, and he also reveals the reason is that the young Gunner was sat right next to him at the time and Gnabry does look like he has the strength to tie the older German up in knots.
This is not to forget that
players like Zelalem, Crowley and Maitland - Niles also remain on the fringes
of the Arsenal first
team and could be considered for bigger roles in the not
too distant future!
In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch
of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all
of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category because
of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I would rather see what he could do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who has never played better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming play in previous seasons, seems to have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft - injured
player to handle the taxing duties that come with said position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he has no intention
of staying... Ramsey has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but on the whole he has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Wiltshire should be put on a weekly contract then played until he suffers his first injury, if and when that occurs he should be shipped - out and no one should very be allowed to say his name on club grounds ever again... Elnehy & Coq are average
players who couldn't make any
of the top 7
teams currently in the EPL... both have showed some great energy on the pitch, but neither are top quality and no good
team can afford to have that many average
players on their bench playing the same position, especially with Coq's injury history / discipline concerns and Elheny's headless chicken tendencies... as for Xhaka, his tenure here so far has been incredibly underwhelming... we know he has some skills to provide the long ball but his defensive work is piss poor and he gives the ball away
too cheaply and far
too often... finally, the enigma himself, Ozil, so much skill with his left foot but his presence has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his failure has been directly related to the failure
of this club to provide him with the necessary
players up front, minus Sanchez
of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like Wenger's)
He put allot
of effort into that city game, if you can do this in every game Ozil you could be a terrific
player, it would help goal stats
too because you'd be fighting harder for your
team.
Big in your list I can agree that all these
players would improve us, but let's look at our CB At the moment Kos, top
player but is struggling with a inj which may or may not heal, at the moment he isn't match fit so not up to his own high standard, so needs help or a defender
of his quality so he can go and recover properly So then we have Mert,
too slow and no longer good enough, I'm not sure if he's even good enough for 3 rd choice CB,
too slow, poor on the air for his size and not brave enough, he's lasted this long due to Kos he needs a Top class CB just to allow him to play against average
teams Ok now Reid not top class we can all agree so we couldn't really play him with MERT as he isn't Kos quality so can't cover merits deficiencys He could be ok with Kos but Kos is struggling So is Reid what we need???? And finally Wenger if he has all 3 fit will still play Kos / Mert first choice Oh and God forbid we play MERT / Reid against the top
teams like Chels / city / utd / Southampton Chuckle chuckle
If we risked allowing Carl Jenkinson to go on loan to West Ham, despite our thin defensive cover, letting a
player in the middle
of the park to leave should not be fearful, especially if it will do the
player some good and the
team some good
too.
Football its a sport with sports you have injuries add to that its contact sport so the probability
of getting injured is sure Ok I can understand luck and ball wobble has got something to do with it but as a soccer
player you know you could get injured just like that two or more
players are going for the ball you could be sandwiched you could instantly hit the same ball one gets injured both get injured what ever but injury is part
of the game some go away pretty easy some do nt and can get aggravated because not all can wait in a in a heavy box for
too long and if you do well you become weak so it will take some effort to get back to full strength praying that you do nt get a strain or muscular problem
players mangers coaches and physician know that i know that because not long ago i had bad thigh injury all was fine with it then i got a knock just below my knee 3 weeks ago and there is still slight pain in it but will try and play on Thursday thats part
of the game The manager has to account for it in his head i got 11
players 6 might go down my contingency if it were to happen is and you still got a fully balanced
team well thats the essence and Arsenal all fall because that contingency plan always falls short
This thing is being given
too much attention.There a lot
of players Arsenal passed up on that Mourinho may have also signed you know.In fact there a lot
of top
players who Arsenal passed up on signing when they were young and for some even matured.Does this mean they aren't good enough?Wenger even regrets passing up on certain
players. The fact is that everyone has his basis for signing or not signing a
player.Clearly, Wenger and Mourinho both have their basis on whether Lacazette was good enough. One
player who is deemed average to another
team could be deemed useless to another
team.I just don't know why much attention is being given to this thing. One thing I know for sure is Laca is a good finisher and that's alk he needs this season. If Lacazette brings his finishing boots this season it's going to be goals galore.
