Like in a day I'll have 2 tsps of nut butter on my porridge in the morning and a large palmful of nuts as a snack and maybe some more nut butter from one of your sweet recipies.

If you can do a little veggie bullion (maybe 1/2 tsp or half a cube) and a little extra flaxseed meal, the taste / texture would probably be similar... or a nice dry nut flour of some sort would work well too:) If veggie bouillon is a no - go, then I would think omitting it and adding some extra spices would be great too!
Didn't have almond four, so I used 2 tbs coconut flour... but next time will do only 1 tbs and maybe a tsp of coconut oil - coconut flour expands A LOT!

I added about 2 tsp of molasses for a little extra sweetness and flavor complexity, increased the spices a little, and added a pinch of salt (maybe 1/8 tsp) so they'd be more acceptable to the family.
