Like in a day I'll have 2
tsps of nut butter on my porridge in the morning and a large palmful
of nuts as a snack and
maybe some more nut butter from one
of your sweet recipies.
For a sore throat gargle a heaping tbs
of good quality salt (like himalayan or celtic) and a heaping
tsp of ground tumeric (or fresh grated if you have it) dissolved in very warm water,
maybe a half cup or so.
Sometimes a dollop
of «sweet cream» works just perfect (this is a mix
of greek yogurt and / or whipped cottage cheese with a
tsp or two
of truvia / stevia,
maybe a few drops
of vanilla as well).
I'm thinking
maybe 2
tsp of maple syrup in place
of the sugar and then reduce the milk by just a tiny amount.
FWIW, I added a bit
of salt near the end
of cooking...

Finally, in addition to the chili sauce, I splashed just a little bit
of rice vinegar —

tsp or so — over the top
of each bowl.

of cardamon and mace, or

If you can do a little veggie bullion (

tsp or half a cube) and a little extra flaxseed meal, the taste / texture would probably be similar... or a nice dry nut flour
of some sort would work well too:) If veggie bouillon is a no - go, then I would think omitting it and adding some extra spices would be great too!
Didn't have almond four, so I used 2 tbs coconut flour... but next time will do only 1 tbs and
maybe a
tsp of coconut oil - coconut flour expands A LOT!

Modifications were: - used traditional oats because I didn't have quick cook, just gave them a quick zap in the Nutribullet and kept 1/4 cup unground for texture - omitted hemp seeds because I don't have those - unsweetened applesauce instead
of bananas (love bananas but wanted my blueberries to have center stage)- I'm not vegan so I used 2 medium eggs - replaced 1 tbsp peanut butter with mayo (love peanut butter but not necessarily mixed with other flavors)- threw in
maybe 1/2
tsp chia seeds just for grins Baking time was right around 35 minutes in a 8 × 8 Pyrex baking dish and I left them to cool all day and cut them into 9 bars this evening.

Then make a selection or mixture
of the creamy fats you have in your fridge: i.e. coconut - milk yogurt or full - fat greek yogurt, heavy cream, creme freche, melted unsalted organic butter, goat's milk cream cheese, and
maybe add a 1/2
tsp of lemon - flavored cod liver oil for your omega - 3s, etc..
So I added about a 1/4

of baking powder.
Taste — if it's to sour add a 1/2
tsp more sweetener and a Tbsp oil, if it's bland add a couple pinches

TSP to a qualified plan or a qualifying IRA once while working and once (
maybe twice) while retired.
