But until we come to the end
of ourselves then we are going to do and say what we want, even as it was with me: It's one thing to be a heathen, even as I was, but a whole other ball game to set our hearts on God and His truth; yet, that can only come when we are sick and tired
of being sick and tired
of our own lives and we just give up, we know then who has given up by the one they advocate for, even has given place to: Paul said; with my heart I want to do what is right, but my flesh does what I hate: This is when God's grace is sufficient, because our hearts are right with God, but our flesh is not: There is a war going on within these temples, therefore; even as our flesh wins out to do what we hate, our hearts are set on God and His ways which has been established in the Word
of Truth, which then causes us to stand and speak forth what we believe, even as this causes a rending to happen within us, for Christ to be formed in us this needs to be, as we come up in His glories even for a
better resurrection for them who believe: The heart wars against our flesh, even as Christ wars against the man
of sin within: For out
of the abundance
of our hearts our mouth doth speak, therefore; if we speak not the Wholesome Words
of our Lord, Then our hearts are still
wicked: But to advocate for wickedness instead
of Christ, one has become a teacher
of lawlessness, he then advocates for the man
of sin: Many who have come out
of religion has done this, as they went from one mountain top «from the extreme right»
of self exaltation (Religion) to the other mountain top «to the extreme left»
of the (Heathen) and missed the valley in - between that is takes to humble us: One extreme to the other, and missed Jesus: Jesus is taking ones through the valley's to strip us down
of all who we are before exalting us to be just as He, even as the Christ in us overcomes that man
of sin (Adam) through theses valleys
of contrast that cause a rending to happen within; and when we are rent in two, we stand on His word
of truth, so we too can become one with Him, even as Jesus is with our Father: This is how Christ is formed in us: Thank - you Father; in Jesus Name Alexandria
* Matthew 13:38 - 39 The field is the world; the

When the attempt was made to apply it to individual destiny (which was scarcely in the minds
of the earlier prophets), in the sense that the
wicked are punished by misfortune and the
good rewarded by prosperity, it appeared palpably untrue, not only to the sceptical author
of Ecclesiastes, but also to the far profounder poet
of the Book
of Job.

of it is our hearts are deceitfully
wicked no matter how

of suffering.brentnz

Jeremy thanks for your comments alot
of this i never really thought about before until you provoked me to seek the truth in the word it is what we all should be doing finding the truth for ourselves God wants to reveal mysterys if we are open to hear.If we have been christians awhile we just take the word
of whoevers preaching or whichever clip we see on god tube its knowledge but not revelation.Because the story sounds plausible we tag that on to our belief for example for many years i believed that the rich young rulers problem was money so the way to deal with that problem is to give it away and be a follower
of Jesus sounds plausible.Till you realise every believers situation is different so the message has to be universal. So the reason its not about money because it excludes those that do nt have it and does nt make room for those that do have it but do nt worship it.The rich young ruler was not a bad person he lived by a
good moral code but he made money his idol he put that before God.The word says we shall not have any idols thats a sin and a
wicked one.In fact there wasnt any room in his heart for Jesus that is a tragedy. So when we see the message is about Idolatry we all have areas that we chose not to submit to God thats universal everyone
of us whether we are rich or poor.I believe we are unaware that we have these idols what are some
of them that was revealed to me our partners our children our work our church our family i can sense some
of you are getting fidgetty.
Satan is a real entity it was satan that wanted to afflict Job and God allowed it why his issue was not that he struggled with sin he was morally a
good man what he failed to see is the same problem we all struggle with.Is that our hearts are
wicked we can not in our own strength be righteous as all have sinned and fall short
of Gods ideal which is his son.Job realises his mistake and repents and God pours out more grace on Job by restoring what he lost.Satan has power but is not like God who is sovereign he rules all pricipalilitys and powers satan has to bow his knee to God and his son.
Al - E-Imran sura 03: In the name

good.
The «
wicked» spirit, in whom evil is already present in a nascent state, has to choose between the affirmation
of himself and the affirmation

good and evil.
Men go to God when he is sore
bested, Find him poor and scorned, Without shelter or bread, Whelmed under weight

of grieving.25
The impression I was left with was that the
best of the forces
of good and the worst
of the forces

wicked men who would overthrow everything and anything that was established.
These again are righteous judgments
of wicked men by the
good judge
of the earth who always does what is right, and the punishments are
well - deserved.
The «Father»
of the Nation, being the United States
of America is quoted saying; «The General is sorry to be informed — , that the foolish and
wicked practice
of profane cursing and swearing, a vice heretofore little known in an American army, is growing into a fashion; — he hopes the officers will, by example as
well as influence, endeavor to check it, and that both they and the men will reflect that we can have little hope
of the blessing
of Heaven on our arms, if we insult it by impiety and folly; added to this, it is a vice so mean and low, without any temptation, that every man
of sense and character detests and despises it.»
Rewards and punishments are both at the disposal
of God who will reward the

He spent most

In his view the only ones who really die are the

I still kept a round
of duties, and would not suffer myself to run into any open vices, and so got along very
well in time
of health and prosperity, but when I was distressed or threatened by sickness, death, or heavy storms
of thunder, my religion would not do, and I found there was something wanting, and would begin to repent my going so much to frolics, but when the distress was over, the devil and my own
wicked heart, with the solicitations
of my associates, and my fondness for young company, were such strong allurements, I would again give way, and thus I got to be very wild and rude, at the same time kept up my rounds
of secret prayer and reading; but God, not willing I should destroy myself, still followed me with his calls, and moved with such power upon my conscience, that I could not satisfy myself with my diversions, and in the midst
of my mirth sometimes would have such a sense
of my lost and undone condition, that I would wish myself from the company, and after it was over, when I went home, would make many promises that I would attend no more on these frolics, and would beg forgiveness for hours and hours; but when I came to have the temptation again, I would give way: no sooner would I hear the music and drink a glass
of wine, but I would find my mind elevated and soon proceed to any sort
of merriment or diversion, that I thought was not debauched or openly vicious; but when I returned from my carnal mirth I felt as guilty as ever, and could sometimes not close my eyes for some hours after I had gone to my bed.
A naïve theory
of the justice
of God developed so far as to assert that what a man deserves happens to him; God rewards the
good and punishes the
wicked.
The justification
of the
good has been replaced by the justification
of the
wicked; the idealization
of good citizenship has given way to the idealization
of its opposite,
of disorder, chaos, anarchy and catastrophe; the forgiving love
of Jesus for the sinful woman, for the adulteress and for the publican, has been misrepresented, for psychological or political reasons, in order to make
of it a Christian sanctioning
of anti-social «marginal existences,» prostitutes and traitors to their country.
When we refuse to help others with their physical needs because their greatest need is eternal life, the «
Good News» message that many people hear is, «Your suffering in this life at the hands
of wicked men will be followed by suffering in eternity at the hands
of a loving God.»
I do think Christians would benefit from learning a bit
of psychology, and Christian parent would benefit from learning a bit
of child psychology, then maybe they could educate themselves
better about what is normal behaviour, instead
of seeing their child's behaviour as sinful or
wicked.
This is especially the concepts that
good works must follow and accompany faith in order for the faith to be considered genuine, the understanding
of repentance as turning away from sin and as necessary for assurance and «final salvation,»
of the Kingdom
of God referring to God's final salvation for the redeemed and punitive judgment for the
wicked, and God's punishment
of Jesus for the sins
of the whole world to satisfy His wrath.
(Job 3:11 - 12, 20; 7:30; 10:2; 13:24; 21:4, 7; 24:1) The traditional claim that God marks the
wicked for condign retribution and the
good for appropriate reward Job opposed with a statement
of observed fact, «He destroys the blameless and the
wicked.»
Centuries afterwards, Jews still were rebelliously inquiring why God spares the
wicked and destroys his own people — «Are the deeds
of Babylon
better than those
of Sion?»
It comes right out
of Disney's film productions, a place where we meet animated «real - life» versions
of goodness personified (Snow White, the third Little Pig, Dumbo, Pollyanna) and the essence
of evil (the
Wicked Queen, the Big Bad Wolf)-- and thus learn to divide the world into
good and evil, watching goodness triumph with a smile and a song.
Gil you have asked some very
good questions why does bad things happen in the world i personally do nt know God did nt explain to Job either why he had to suffer. What i do know is that God desires that none
of us should perish but that all would have eternal life in him through Jesus Christ. This world will one day pass away and the real world will be reborn so our focus as christians is on whats to come and being a witness in the here and now. Both
good and bad happens to either the righteous or the sinner so what are we to make
of that. What we do know is that God will set all things right at the appointed time the
wicked will be judged and the righteous will be rewarded for there faith isnt that enough reason for us to believe.Free will is only a reality if we can choose between
good and bad but our hearts are deceitfully
wicked we naturally are inclined toward sin that is another reason whyt we need to be saved from ourselves so what are we to do.For me Christ died and rose again that is a fact witnessed by over 500 people that were alive at the time and was recorded by historians how many other religious leaders do you know that did that or did the miracles that Jesus did.As far as the bible is concerned much
of the archelogical evidence has proven to be correct and many
of prophetic words spoken many hundreds
of years ago have come to pass including both the birth and the death
of Jesus.Interested in what philosophy you are believing in if other than a faith in Jesus Christ so how does that philosophy give you the assurance that you are saved. Its really simple with christianity we just have to believe in Jesus Christ.brentnz
Who are we to judge what God does or allows he has his reasons who can fathom his ways he sees the end from the beginning and is not limited to time or space like we are.Does God want anything the answer is Yes he wants a relationship with us that is why he sent his son because he had a purpose in creating us.However the wages
of sin is death in this scripture alone regardless
of what happens here we all deserve to die God could have wiped us all out with another flood for who
of us is worthy. It is by grace that we live and yes bad things do happen to
good people just as it does for the wicked is it to test our faith i do not know but i do know that God gives us the grace to endure through trials and difficulty and that all things do work for Good if we love h

Good if we love him..
Gil if we only received one blessing in this life and that was eternal life in Jesus Christ that alone would be enough but we are blessed way more than that because we have been sent his holy spirit to help us overcome our old nature. He never leaves us nor forsakes us whether
good or bad happens he strengthens us in our weakness. It says in the bible that the rain falls on both the righteous or the
wicked God is fair to all whether they deserve it or not he can not be anything else than a holy righteous loving and fair God.I do nt need to convince you to believe about God he will reveal himself to you if you are seeking the truth as he is the truth.I do nt try and make others believe its pointless.I know without a doubt that i am saved and my sins are forgiven. As a christian it will a joy to be with the Lord there is no fear in death for those that love him.In the meantime i serve him with all my heart until he calls me home.I love talking about the Lord but each
of us must walk according to what we believe.I trust my life to Jesus Christ and i choose to follow him who do you follow?
The cities, tribes and world became increasingly
wicked (according to the Bible) when they turned from God (a
good example would be Baal worship that included putting live children into the red hot arms
of a bronze Baal statue).
We categorize some foods (carrots and celery, low - fat cottage cheese) as intrinsically
good, our allies in the war against the law
of our members; others (chocolate, cookies, ice cream, fried anything) are intrinsically
wicked, our sworn foes.
Holloway affirms that «we are not to do evil that
good might come» and that «we should not endorse a
wicked political leader, even if he holds out the promise
of forestalling greater evils.»
