Studies done with animals show that
acrylamide in the diet increases the risk
of developing several different types
of cancer,
including stomach and colon cancer and don't get me started on the salt levels.
The tragic reality,
of course, is that 95 percent

acrylamide exposure.
Acrylamides, a substance found in cooked starchy foods such as potato chips, has been linked to several types
of cancer
including bowel, bladder and kidney, and is known to cause infertility and loss
of muscle control.

of sugars to produce advanced glycosylation end - products (AGEs) and other compounds (
including acrylamides).
